Innovators‘ Pitch: The finalists for the Mobility category
Three minutes that can change the future – at the eleventh Innovators‘ Pitch at hub conference 2016 in Berlin Europe´s top early stage start-ups present their ideas in front of a jury of experts and compete for 15.000 Euro in winnings. Out of more than 100 applications from 15 countries the three most innovative start-ups were chosen to be the finalists for the category “Mobility”. The three final companies face the biggest challenges of the future of transportation: How are we going to make mobility smarter, more efficient and more sustainable?
The three finalists for the Mobility category are:
evopark is working to make parking in a car park more convenient. The start-up has developed an app to let drivers easily find a free parking space; the evopark map lifts barriers in the car park using RFID technology. Users pay for the app on a monthly, cash-free basis.
PlugSurfing has tasked itself with making charging electric cars as simple as possible. Armed with the PlugSurfing app and a download key, users can access charging stations run by all of Europe’s major power suppliers.
Synfioo provides complete transport monitoring to minimise the impact of disturbances such as traffic jams, strikes or blockades. The Synfioo platform pools all of the available data on individual types of transport. Logisticians can then call up and work with this data in their usual work environments.
